Complete Property Maintenance Service of Southeastern Wisconsin

Confidence and trust come with longevity and the Perrine name is a family owned and operated business, passed down from father to son successively for three generations since the late 1950's.

Lou Perrine Sr., started the business along side his other business, The Clark Service Station. After Lou passed away on May 1st, 1985, son, Rick Perrine, took over the snow plowing business.

Rick's son Michael started helping his father as a teenager shoveling sidewalks and operating a bobcat plowing, piling and hauling snow.

After graduating high school in 2002, Michael created the "Lawn Maintenance" division to stay competitive in the industry. In 2011, to stay diversified, Michael aquired a local Asphalt and Seal Coating company and Perrine's had become a complete property maintenance company.

On November 5th, 2014, Rick passed away and Michael took over the business, then changing the name to honor his dad's "Legacy of Excellence", naming the business "Rick L Perrine Property Maintenance."

With each passing of the torch, the business has also grown to meet the needs of the community.

It started specifically as a snow removal business, but now features lawn care and maintenance, landscping, hardscape, concrete, tree trimming/removal, stump grinding, asphalt installation/patch work, seal coating & striping and snow removal & ice control services.

Residential or Commercial, we are the answer to your year-round property maintenance needs.
